Centro Studi Ilà works to achieve the following objectives:

• providing the certification for Modern Standard Arabic according to the levels established by the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages);

• organizing training courses for Arabic teachers and CLIL teachers;

• organizing courses in art, culture and literature;

• promoting laboratories of music, dance and applied Arabic arts;

• promoting the creation and publication of linguistic, social and anthropological researches on the Arab countries;

• promoting the creation and publication of handbooks and texts for learning Arabic;

• promoting the creation and publication of translations from the Arabic language;

• providing research scholarships.
